Internet not working after connection day

No light on internet symbol on modem. My connection day was supposed to be yesterday.

@Confusedgirl you need to check with Sky what has happened so I have escalated your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted.
