Update on Order

Hi all, after a lengthy conversation with 5 members of Sky for a wrongly set up Broadband and TV package (TV was cancelled somehow and they couldn't let us know why it had happened) last Friday we agreed with Sky to cancel the order and start from scratch. We then received two different order references and have received emails about an order being cancelled but with no reference to which order. We have received a parcel from Sky (apparently for the engineer to instal fibre broadband) but cannot get through to anybody to talk about an update on our order and whether it has been cancelled or not (in which case we would need to return the parcel). The virtual chat has been a waste of time as well. The information provided in MySky is not being updated. Just wondering whether anybody has been in the same situation and any advice they could give to get an update or if maybe it is just worth cancelling everything and move on to another company.
