Device connection issues

We had fibre installed recently. Since the install devices have not connected properly. When we connect, we get the error message sky has no Internet access.

Connection sometimes comes on for a minute then drops .

Tablet is worst affected, have reset network settings and restarted device with no improvement. Have tested on other networks and it works perfectly 

Other devices drop signal too.

The wifi signal when connected shows full bars followed by '!'
