Unusual fault
First the internet connection failed completely, after 2 days it came back on, BUT the ethernet connection has 2 out of 3 abber LED's I get on most websites but some refuse to connect, the websites are in operation as I had someone else check it out, there seems to be a fault on the hub as everything else checks out fine. I contacted the Sky help line and was promised a replacement hub, that was over 2 weeks ago and still haven't received it...

Re: Unusual fault
@RichieO1 ignorectge amber lights on the back of the hub above the Ethernet ports they simply show something is connected. If you can contact sites like BBC.co.uk your are connected. The hub cannot block sites itself but the DNS system Sky use may not gecable to find an IP address ifvthecdite has recently changed and is pretty small. If you have a new account check the Sky Broadband Shield settings in the My Sky app as ifcset to a lower age it will filter sites by category.
One thing to try is to add a public DNS address to the network settings on your device. I use Google's free DNS at 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4.
