Unusable wifi

Screenshot_20241121_101416_Samsung Internet.jpg

We had a problem with our broadband a year or so ago where the fibre connection in the street was damaged. For the last few months we have had to turn wifi off on all of our devices as it won't even load a website, it is totally unusable. I have done the check and it says its fine but it's clearly not. Our router is out on the side so it's not impeded by anything, we have reset  the router and tried all the things that have been suggested with no success

There appears to be something odd in that 5Ghz band: it's showing packets moving but no data speed.
