Unsuccessful connection

Sky Q box not connecting with hub. Have done the hold down wps button but no luck. Flashing green lights then static white light

Can you help me too please?  I have a new SkyQ box (old one stopped working).  I'm stuck trying to connect to my Sky hub.  I'm in Network Setup, it's not recognising that I have. Sky router until I I look for another broadband provider; then it can see my router but it's not recognising my password after multiple attempts.  I've tried switching Sky Q via off and back on, and also router, but the problem persists.  Please help me!
