Master socket relocation
I would like to relocate the master socket for our broadband, it is currently on the windowsill, not near a plug socket. It is impossible to find any information on how to request this, find out the costs or a contact number to discuss. Does anyone know how this can be arranged and what the cost would be?

Re: Master socket relocation
Hello, I manage to find a contact number after I had posted this and spoke to an advisor last night. The advisor raised the request and took payment. I am waiting to hear from BT to arrange a date to come and move the socket.
Thank you for your response.

Perhaps note that would be 'Openreach': they specifically don't use BT branding in this context because BT is an ISP in competition with Sky.
BT Halo 3+ Ultrafast FTTP (500Mbs), BT Smart Hub 2
