Unsuccessful connection to Sky Broadband Wi-Fi

Following the on screen guide to connect to Sky Broadband Wi-Fi 

Several attempts unsuccessfully. Selected the option 'if you have a sky broadband router', followed the guidance and the result has been the same i.e. unsuccessful. This is now day 4 !

@Micka_lene Is this a new broadband connection to sky! If so what is the activation date! See the electronic link for connecting a hub below.
