Unstable connection speed

Just the past few weeks I've noticed that the connection speed from the router to my devises it's very unstable.

It's waving up and down from 50mpbs to 10mpbs causing my devices to crash and downloads of corrupted data!

I've changed the channel on the router but did not help.

Never posted the router stats because all of the sadden I had excellent speed.

Now it's been almost a month where I cannot play online anymore, even downloading games updates causes me to have corrupted data on my ps4pro due to unstable internet connection.

Can I have some contact numbers to call up... every time I go to support page it takes me here...I don't have time to keep texting... Can someone from Sky help me in this?

@Giuseppe1234   You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
