Just been upgraded to Ultra fast broadband, we have also installed a power line adaptor to extend WiFi, which is working but the Internet keeps dropping out when I'm on work calls. Our router was previously behind TV but I have moved it as thought that could be the issue. Have run a connectivity test and all good except unstable connection. Any advice??? Many thanks xxx

@Flybe5 When you had the service check and unstable connection did you click on it for further options to try fix or get engineer visit.

Find out more@Flybe5 few possibilities but one could be interference between the wifi from the hub and the wifi from access point within the powerline adapter. Two signals on the same or adjacent channel can interfere. If you have an Android phone or a windows laptop download the Wifi Analyzer app which lets you see the channel and signal strength of all wifi networks in range.
