Can’t view emails

I have just switched BB from BT but I can't view my email content how do I change that?

@Starysky it shouldn't make a difference but you may need to check the settings in your email client . Is your email provider iBT?

One thing to check is the Sky Broadband Shield setting in the My Sky app as by default it is set to age 13 for new accounts which maybe a factor

Great thanks, my email is with sky so don't think that's the problem. 
I did go into the shield setting and not got the age limit on. I need to look harder in setting.
