Unstable broadband

Hi my broadband has been dropping in and out now for around a week with orange lights showing on the hub and when I try to test it your app times out and then when I can test it the broadband is working again and shows no issues. Please can you check your side and advise - thanks

Exactly the same here, hub is showing all green but we have no connection. Impossible to reach someone to log the issue and because the hub is all green and showing no problems I can't log a problem on line eiwther

Hi when your connection is down you can use the connection test in the My Sky app but you have to useca mobile connection. The intial result you see is from the last routine test so if it says everything is OK it is out of date so click to run the broadband test. That will tell you if Sky are aware of a fault affecting your line and can sometimes offer to book an engineer. However if it does neither your next step is to call Sky if you have a Sky Mobile dial 150 for a free call. Do not accept offers of texts etc and stay on the line to get through to an agent.
