Unstable broadband connection
Been having problems with my sky broadband connection for months and the MySky app always says the connection is unstable. It sometimes makes WFH difficult as I can get kicked out of my work's Remote Desktop server. Sky sent an engineer out a few months ago and he couldn't find any issue. Just wondering if anybody has any advice please? Router stats are below. Many thanks.

Re: Unstable broadband connection
@vickyb1 thecstats show you have an Ultrafast service delivered overca copper line which is delivering around 160Mb/s to your hub which has been connected for just under a fortnight with no signs of any connection issues.
You have devices connected by wifi and using ethernet cables the latter should be able to get speed test results up to 145Mb/s. Speeds over wifi could well be less and be subject to issues like buffering. Wifi is affected by interferencecand speeds depend on the lay out and type of construction of your home. There are things you can do to improve wifi speeds as described here Sky Help - Slow wifi
However in many houses a single wifi router is not enough tonget fast wifi in every room if that sounds like your problem you msy want to look into either buying Sky's Wifi Max bundle or buying a third party whole home wifi system. If you would like more advice please post again.
