Unstable Wifi

I have used your testing /checking system and it tells me everything is good. However, we are constantly finding that the Wi-Fi drops out. I can be in the middle of something and the system goes down. This appears to be happening constantly throughout the day and is completely impractical to use. It even affects the use of the landline telephone as well in that the connection drops out during calls.

When the issue occurs, do any lights on your hub change?
