Broadband issue - can’t access Sky on TV but broadband working

I reported Sky app streaming access service disruption last Thursday; the access was stuck on "Power On" without being able to obtain access via the remote; I was advised on signing into my Sky account that there was an issue and that Openeach would respond; an engineer attended this morning and spent time between my house and another location - he returned to say it should be working after final

adjustments and left without returning to see if service had been restored. WiFi is working but still no access to Sky streaming services. The Sky self-assessment says there's no issue in the area and that the broadband speed is slow and refer to this community. How best to proceed to access the Sky app and streaming services on the TV?

Are other devices working okay? What speed does the My Sky app line test say your getting? What speed do you get on a device when running a test on speedtest.net
