Unstable Connection

Hi, I keep getting a message that my internet is unstable and it's impacting my TV and laptop

Where are these messages from and what is happening with your laptop and TV as it isn't clear from your post what is happening ?

If I am on a zoom call, my screen freezes ans after a min, the call starts again and I get a message saying my internet is unstable.

 

i am currently watching Amazon Prime on TV and the the screen keeps freezing and I have to wait for it start again

Have you tried running the line test in the My Sky app?
