Unreliable wifi and poor range
I'm a new customer, recently switched from version. 2 days in I'm really dissapoitned by the reliability and range of the wifi. With version I had 250mb and the wifi was consistently around that speed with no lags or drops. The signal was also very strong. When I switched to sky for the first time in many years I am noticing some lag and buffer when viewing videos or opening web pages (very small and non demanding tasks). Even when I do the speed checker on google for example, sometimes I get 4mb sometimes 100mb and sometimes 600mb. The sky app always tells me everything is good which makes me not trust it. I am still within the 14 days cooling off period and really tempted to ring virgin and say I am sorry and ask them to take me back..

Re: Unreliable wifi and poor range
@Ytt Then using your app, look at the WPA3-T setting and try it down at WPA2-PSK, link below all about it and how to do it!
Sky Max change settings link.
