Unreliable speeds

We're supposed to be getting speeds of around 100mbps and lucky if we get above 14 some nights. Only had sky broadband in a few weeks and not impressed. How do I resolve?

@ChrisM5

100Mbs would be the Guaranteed Minimum Download Speed, which is speed delivered to the Hub from the internet.  If you are testing speed using a wireless device, the result reflects local WiFi rather than router speed.

Sky Glass 55" (on ethernet) & two Stream Pucks (one ethernet / one WiFi)
BT Halo 3+ Ultrafast FTTP (500Mbs), BT Smart Hub 2

Re: Unreliable speeds

We can't even steam things though, basic streaming. I expect that should be a given minimum and poor equipment is the cause
