Logged a joint for this online 5 days ago but still have no ETA on an engineer coming. Neighbours also affected so possibly an exchange issue. Some support or update would be appreciated.

If others are affected its likely an area issue that Openreach have to sort out. Openreach are well known for not giving very good or many updates to ISPs so its likely Sky have nothing to tell you at this point.
