Unknown cancellation

I had my order that I made on the 4th cancelled. I've phone sky and had another deal signed today on the 7th. I've received another email confirming that my order was cancelled but does not refer to which order it relates to, please can this be confirmed. On the my sky app it only refers to the order on the 4th

@Matt185 Forum membersxare customers like you so cant answer the question so call Sky. However the thing to check is why the order is being cancelled. The most common cause is Openreach rejecting the order Sky place with them which usually means there is an issue at that end.
