Unhappy

Hi

 I made a call to sky to say that I have very limited internet to my house. They arranged for an engineer to visit but I have had no reply as of yet ( now 1 week).

I am also waiting on delivery of a sky mini box as I only have 2No & should have 3No.

I had a router & sky Q box delivered which if I connect I am worried I will lose the limited Wi-Fi I have just now.

This has gone on too long now & I need these issues resolved ASAP?

@BillyH3 installing your new Q tv boxes should help the WiFi in your home as as long as you have a black Sky hub the Q boxes act as WiFi hotspots when properly connected.
