Unexpected charge

I cancelled my Sky broadband contract on 14 March but my accound was debited on 25 March - who do I contact?

@Hb32  Did you receive confirmation of your cancellation?  Also billing normally continues to the next bill date, any overpayment is refunded, is there a credit showing on your account.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Yes received email confirming cancellation.  No credit on account.  Feb bill showing as last with payment date.  No current or future bills available to view.

Was March 14th the day you gave Sky your 14 days notice to leave or was it your last day with Sky ?

Last date of service 14 March following at least 14 day notice.  No future bills showing, as previously mentioned.  Heading under Broadband as 'Old Bills'.
