Call sky per my link above and mention your low speed, high noise margin and the service checker sometimes shows that you are not with sky

Sky Stream , Sky Superfast, SR203 router, Tp link td w9970 + Asus RT AX58U (backup), Xbox Series X, google home mini, LG 43 inch UHD tv, samsung a5 2017 and samsung s21

If I get it right mark as answered
If I get it wrong humour me
If I say something you like give a thumbs up

So at this point what would your suggestion  be please ?

At this point sort out the issues. If there's only two of you then  number of devices is immaterial so once everything is sorted I'd see how you get on for awhile. In my opinion you'd be throwing away good money just to have a new shiny toy that has negligible (if any) effect.

Defo fttc vdsl. Speed looks sluggish what should you be getting . Have you opted for a 40Mbps line ? The high ds noise margin suggests you could get more

Otherwise i agree with the asus dsl ax82u would be the best solution

Looking at the stats it looks suspiciously like the connection is banded so there could a line fault or the line is being affected by a lot of crosstalk.

Sky don't give you the option of going for a 40 Mbps connection, if they don't think the line will support more than some arbitrary speed (whatever that is these days) they will only get Openreach to provision a 40 Mbps connection.

They do with the 'Superfast 35' FTTC service, but weirdly that's currently  much more expensive than 'Superfast' ('up to' 80Mbs).  It's also the service supplied on a social tariff.

Looks more like the superfast 35 service to me, not banded. Hence why the upstream is set at exactly 10mbps.
