As a start, you need to establish which type of broadband technology you have: ADSL, FTTC, G.fast or FTTP.
This defines what a router needs in the way of a modem.

OK, so that indicates you need hardware containing a VDSL modem (and so an RJ11 port for a connection to a filtered 'phone' socket)

Just read this. Could you post your hub stats to rule out g.fast

Defo fttc vdsl. Speed looks sluggish what should you be getting . Have you opted for a 40Mbps line ? The high ds noise margin suggests you could get more
Otherwise i agree with the asus dsl ax82u would be the best solution

Believe we should be up to 60 here , but I guess need some configuration and and updated modem/router , but thanks for support and great answers 👍🏾

I would then suggest you have a fault some where that needs addressed first . Even an asus gaming set up would not be at its best with a noise margin like that
Could you run tests from your my sky app, sky .com account or service checker if it shows at the top of the forum posts. Then click on your broadband speed then click check your broadband and post the image for your guaranteed speed

Realistically the modem itself makes negligible difference: every manufacturer uses the cheapest possible chipset from a generic and limited selection. It's line length (distance from the fibre cabinet) and line quality which is far more significant: the notion that modem choice is important is a holdover from the days of dial-up internet access when the different standards were a thing.
WiFi is, of course, important, but that's not a modem feature.
