Undelivered conversion kit. Status says delivered

Hi, I'm moving house on 12th August and have a set up arranged. However I'm waiting for a conversion kit arriving and it shows as delivered yesterday but it hasn't been delivered to my address. I have cctv and doorbell camera and no attempt was made at all. I've asked my neighbours and nobody has it. The delivered image shows possibly a letterbox but it isn't my house nor is it my new house. I've contacted Royal Mail and they've said to contact Sky to arrange a claim

The conversion kit is merely a 3ft long category 5e  ethernet cable

 

You can buy 1 of any length from currys, argos, pc world etc for £10 or thereabouts
