Undelivered SkyHub

My Skyhub has been bounced back three different times by Royal Mail. Each time, I called customer support and they assured me that they fixed the problem and each time it was still returned to sender. On the second call, I was told that the Skyhub would arrive with the engineer (or someone?) in person and that it would get sorted. Then engineers came and said they don't know anything about that. They installed the cables anyway in the even that it does eventually arrive. The third time I spoke with support, they said it will definitely be delivered the hext day and not to worry. It was not delivered the next day, and I've received an email from Royal Mail saying it's been returned to sender again.

I've now lost internet access from my previous provider because the engineer visit and switch date has come and gone. So now I have no interenet, no Skyhub, and no forseeable way of this being resolved.

Any help would be appreciated.
