Unable to view help request

Hello

I recently moved house and I am getting Sky broadband.

I have not recieved any confirmation emails but a couple of days ago I recieved a text saying I had an update to my help request and a number to view.

I can't view the help request as everytime it says there has been a technical error. I have tried different browsers, clearing cache and trying on my phone and laptop and each time has a "technical error". I also can't view messages on the account as it says they are restricted

You will either have to call or use the social media links at the bottom of the page for help with this.

I have been able to see my messages by downloading the app if anyone has a similar issue
