Unable to upgrade

I am trying to upgrade my current plan to a faster fiber option. 

I have tried to go through the process on my laptop in both Firefox and Chrome, and again on my phone on both Firefox and chrome and when i get to the last step, "place order" I click the button, it goes grey and nothing happens.

 

The virtual assistant is useless, contact us sends me in circles before getting to a page saying phone support is unavailable at because they close in half an hour and I just want to get booked in for someone to come out and plug me in to fast Internet.

 

Any reasons why the website just isnt working for me? Ive been a customer for several years and got a letter a few weeks ago about upgrading.

When calling Sky say nothing so remain silent to see if it then redirects your call to an advisor.

I cant find a number to call, the only thing ive found online says they are closed, though it says "Opening hours: Mon-Sun 08:00-20:30" and its currently 20:15 on a wednesday, its been saying closed for the past 30+ minutes.
