Unable to track new Broadband Request

Hello Team

 

I made new Broadband Request, paid £5 in advance. Received email confirmation and a link to track the order, however nothing showing on click of it. I signed up for Sky and even in online account, I see a message ' Restricted page access. 

 

It's been more than 10 days and no email communication. 

 

Please help I'm sort out this issue.

A rrestricted message might mean your broadband account needs linking to a Sky ID as per this:
