Unable to monitor fox ess solar power online. Software reports being offline but broadband and Wi-F
Until very recently fox ess gave me online monitoring of our solar PV installation. House is currently empty by workmen May recently have logged on the the Wi-Fi. Could this have changed the freq from 2.4 (necessary) to 5.0 and how do I change it back. Tried contacting Sky online but page wouldn't load, unlike this one....
It's conceivable that Hub settings have been changed by someone with physical access to it, but I'd think it's rather more likely they've switched something else off.
