Unable to log in to router settings

Tried to log in to the router when prompted and despite doing the username and password several times it gives me an error message 404

I bought a WiFi tumble dryer and it won't connect and it's been suggested the issue could be the network having both 2.4 and 5ghz? So to separate them ?
how on earth do I do this if I can't get in to the router ?
any ideas please or can Sky do this for me and if so who do I call ?
thank you in advance

Is it a black or a white Sky Hub?
