No broadband last night and I can't run any diagnostics and sky app wasn't working!! No tv, broadband and app not working

On the main thread regarding the outage of 19/09/23 into 20/09/23, Sky staff stated
“Our engineers have now resolved this fault, however if you continue to experience issues please complete a power reset on your Sky Broadband Hub.”
