Unable to connect to work VPN
Hey!
Had no issues with the internet and connecting via VPN for over two months until yesterday.
The VPN we use is the Windows official feature.
I do use the white sky hub.
I noticed that similar issue arised with multiple of Sky clients and it is something to do with Map-T?
Please help!

Re: Unable to connect to work VPN
Try enabling one of the following
- Enable UPnP
- Enable DMZ [for IPv4]
- Enable Port Forwarding [for IPv4]
To opt out of map-t 8:1 ip address sharing to rule out/in map-t
Sky Stream , Sky Superfast, SR203 router, Tp link td w9970 + Asus RT AX58U (backup), Xbox Series X, google home mini, LG 55 inch uhd tv, with Dolbyvision, samsung a5 2017 and samsung s21
If I get it right mark as answered
If I get it wrong humour me
If I say something you like give a thumbs up

Re: Unable to connect to work VPN
You just have to enable one of them our advice doesn't suggest entering any values against them
Probably the best one would be to enable upnp but unfortunately i don't have the max hub to advise
@Chrisee where can you find upnp, dmz and port forwarding on the max hub to opt out of map-t. Thanks

Re: Unable to connect to work VPN
@mothlove & @cookiemonsteruk I wouldnt touch the DMZ or port forwarding which are in the advanced section of the product settings for the Sky Max hub in the My Sky app. Instead use the UPnP which is simpler. To make that change you log into the hub's web interface (type 192.168.0.1 into a browser sign in with admin as the user and the default wifi password on the label as the password), find the UPnP setting and switch that on. If you look on the main maintenance tab you will see the MAP-T setting should change from 8:1 to 1:1 which should sort the issue.
I am typing this from memory as I am not at home so sorry if I have got it wrong.

Re: Unable to connect to work VPN
Managed to do as you said and change the MAP-T to 1:1 and still having issue with connecting to VPN...
I am starting to believe it must be something to do with maybe a recent windows update or a driver update...

Re: Unable to connect to work VPN
Thanks for confirming thst @mothlove thst does seem to rule out that MAP-T is the issue. So many things can cause issues hope you find your's.
