Unable to connect to my work system using Citrix. I work remotely
I wfh and access my works system via Citrix. It's worked for over 8 years. Sunday I popped on but it timeout. I don't even get the I login screen. If I use my iPhone Hotspot, it works. Go back to using my Sky Broadband and it fails.
Was sent a new router to "resolve the problem" but it's still the same. I've tried everything... I've spoken to the Support centre but they seem to be taking me in circles.
Any ideas?

@SuzRod assuming your employer has not made any configuration changes it is strange that it just stopped working. You have eliminated the Sky hub being an issue by switching hubs. If you have a white Sky hub try activating UPnP see UPnP set up.
This wont directly help but switches you from sharing an IP4 address with other customers to giving you one of your own which can sort some issues with VPN systems. Thisxwint help, with the black hubs However beyond thst go back to Sky

Is there a downside to enabling UPnP at all?

It's effectively giving permission for devices within the LAN to mess about with the router firewall as they see fit without human intervention or verification: if one of those devices has previously been compromised by a malicious actor then that's obviously got the potential to be a problem.

No changes on work side. I can access the system if I don't use Sky Broadband and switch to my Mobile Phone hotspot.
I feel like I've been troubleshooting for days.
I did a tracert and the connect gets out, it just drops/times out.

I've also disabled Shield which didn't work and added the link to the Allowed list - without success.

I'm on the black router - a new one was sent out this week as a "fix" for my problem.

Re: Unable to connect to my work system using Citrix. I work remotely
@SuzRod there is a possible issue with the white hub's which use a different network set up from the black hubs. Given the issue continues with the new black hub that effectively rules out a faulty router. Not seen other reports which given Citrix is a common business tool there would be if a network change by Sky was to blame. I can understand why Sky are puzzled.
It maybe worth deleting the Sky WiFi connection, rebooting the laptop and adding it again from scratchto see if thst helps.
