Unable to connect to internet

My broadband was turned on 23rd July, but my router won't connect to the Internet. I've turned it on and off, and reset the router but it Still won't connect to the Internet. Any suggestions?

No, the power light and WiFi light are both green, but no internet at all. The Internet light isn't on

@AH13 Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

@AH13  After running the service checker can you click on broadband to see if it picks up any faults to why your broadband is not working.

@AH13  So you have checked the filter you have connected and it works with the phone plugged into it? But the internet will not connect?

I've checked the filter, but I don't have a phone so this is not connected
