Unable to connect sky q box and sky mini
WiFi and broadband tests are fine however since installing my new sky router I have intermittent problems with both boxes loosing connection

@Loosingconnect if you have the newxwhite Sky hub then only the main Q box can connect directly to the hub with the Q Mini normally have to be networked to the main Q box intead. This ppage explains how to set this up https://www.sky.com/help/articles/setting-up-sky-q-do-you-have-a-sky-hub
If you get stuck call Sky as you may need to get an engineer out to provide boosters etc.
