Unable to connect Openreach to Setup Max HUB

Hi, I am changing my wifi from Hyperoptic to Sky, however during the installation I am unable to open the Openreach modem to plug my ethernet cable, hence I just plug it to my old ethernet port from hyperoptic. Anyone has issues on opening the Openreach modem?

The left hand side just unclips at the bottom, although your access appeares hampered by the conduit.
