Unable to complete order

Seems like an issue with the website. Every time I try to order it gets stuck on the delivery page

i see the royal mail delivery tile. But underneath there's another tile which just constantly tries to load, with the continue button greyed out. 

Any clues on how to proceed? Don't want to order via phone as that will mean missing out on cashback

If the same happens when using a different browser then your only option is to call Sky to get the order placed.
