Unable to checkout on a new account

I am trying to set up a new account for my mother in law to switch to Sky. No matter how fast I enter the details, once the checkout process is complete and the order is placed, the screen refreshes to a screen that the checkout process timed out and I have to start again. However, I have tried a few times and result is always the same.

Try clearing your web browsers cashe and cookies and then close down and reload the browser, if the same happens then try using a different web browser or give Sky a call and let them place the order for you.

Thank you. I was using Safari on Mac but switched to Chrome and that worked fine.
