I am trying to set up a new account for my mother in law to switch to Sky. No matter how fast I enter the details, once the checkout process is complete and the order is placed, the screen refreshes to a screen that the checkout process timed out and I have to start again. However, I have tried a few times and result is always the same.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreTry clearing your web browsers cashe and cookies and then close down and reload the browser, if the same happens then try using a different web browser or give Sky a call and let them place the order for you.

Thank you. I was using Safari on Mac but switched to Chrome and that worked fine.
