Unable to change Wi-Fi name and password on Apple iPad or Mac even when Ethernet connected

Hi I'm unable to change Wi-Fi name and password on my Sky router with Apple iPad or Mac running safari even when wire Ethernet connected when I click apply after making changes nothing happens except message saying safari can't open page.

I don't have any windows hardware someone must know how to fix this as Sky Tec Surport don't apart from have you tried turning off and on again 🙄

would appreciate a solution thanks.

Try using a different browser (Firefox or Chrome). Safari is a problem.

I downloaded  Firefox and it worked perfectly clearly a problem with Safari and Sky.

I have also had this issue and did try Firefox but did not work.  I have had to do it via Xbox instead.  Sky do need to look at why doesnt work on Apple devices

It worked for me although it did take about a couple of minutes to apply the changes.

but I agree Sky need to sort the issue and make the Tec  guys aware of the issue. 👍🏻

We have posed the question to Sky multiple times over the last few years and its been radio silence each time
