Unable to access wifi
I'm unable to access WiFi - despite running tests via the Sky app (which advises there are no issues) two of the four lights on the router are orange. Please advise.

Re: Unable to access wifi
@Jo1610 You will have more than likekly wi-fi connection, but Internet Broadband is what you do not have indicated by light out or amber.
Names are below the lights, and the link to what sky lights mean below also! Run the service checker via mobile data incase there is an issue that sky are aware off and can indicate that to you!
This link providers information about the coloured lights on the various hubs

If you haven’t done it already use the below link to check to see if there are any broadband problems or outages nearby
