Unable to access a website via SKY broadband but same website accessible via 5G and other networks

Trying to access www.ecommercecamp.co.uk via SKY broadband but page is timing out but it loads fine on 5G and other internet connections. Any idea why?

@albster  What is your broadband shield setting at, default it is set to PG13. This can be found in my account under broadband and talk.

It works with broadband shield disabled. So, related to the site's content somehow? I can't see any reason why it should be blocked?

No it doesn't which suggests the site is wrongly categorised by Shield. Any idea how to report this for review?

It's possible that SKY broadband is experiencing a temporary connectivity issue or network congestion that is preventing you from accessing the website. It could also be due to a firewall or security setting that is blocking your access. Another possibility is that there is an issue with the DNS resolution on SKY's network. You could try clearing your browser cache or contacting SKY support to see if they can provide more information on the issue.
