Unable to Access Broadband Shield

Hi,

 

New customer and unable to access to broadband shield to turn it off.

Judging by all the responses, many people are having the same issue, is this not enabled as standard when customers join Sky?

Try a different browser or clearing your cache and cookies as the Sky website can often be quite picky.
