Uan number only 5 digits
Hi I'm having issues moving provider my uan code is only 5 digits so I can't transfer using that.
Can anyone help with this?

@Bernie17 Just goto sky.com apply for whatever you wish broadband wise, sign up and agree to all the terms and conditions, that allows sky to either take you or reject you as a customer, if you already have BB with another ISP then they take care off it also as long as you are not with an altnet that they do not deal with. Failing that call sky customer sales and do it all over the phone!

No I'm with sky now and I'm trying to switch provider using the uan number but the uan is only 5 digits when it should be 8

@Bernie17 Who is asking you for a code number, the new ISP that you are going to, nothing to do with sky?

We're going off topic here, my query is that all uan numbers should be 8 digits but on my bill it's only 5 digits so it's not valid when trying to use it

@Bernie17 No off topic here why is the new provider asking for such, there is absolutley NO reason, it is wrong! Never heard so much who are you trying to sign up with?

I'm in Ireland, I'm not sure where you are maybe it's different but a uan is a common think in ireland

I tried that but there just saying that's the only number they have so I said I'd try here to see if someone could assist as I'm not sure what to do next
