Dear Sky Team,
We are experiencing significant connectivity issues affecting a large number of our customers due to Sky not updating our IP addresses in their databases.
We have verified with the largest GeoIP database providers, and all records indicate that our IP ranges are correctly listed as being in the UK.
@Chloe-W22, I have noticed your involvement in several posts related to GeoLocation issues. Could you please request a NOC engineer to update your database records with the following IP ranges:
