UPnP not enabled for Xbox Series S

My sons xbox series S has worked fine since we switched to Sky in Aug 24. However it now won't connect. In the settings it says UPnP is unsuccessful.

 

i have read that maybe UPnP needs to be enabled on my Sky router - this is something I don't know how to do or where to go to do it. Any help appreciated.

 

also why would it have suddenly stopped working (we've not changed anything)?

@Buzz83 If you have had it connected to the sky hub and been fine before, uPnP by default is on for the sky hub and would not expect any changes, just keep an eye out on the Forum for any other postings, if not then it's a call to sky. You may just wish to power off the hub for 30 minutes in case it is another issue and that will be the quickest way to find out. And if needed below linked.
