Fibre installation
The fibre cable to our house has not been buried, it is just laying on top of the lawn, it has not been installed properly by the Sky contractors, who would I contact to get this problem solved?

Initially you'll need to contact Sky. Perhaps take some photos should Sky ask for them in order to forward them to City Fibre / Openreach.
