I have had no streaming or broadband yet sky trying to take money out of my account I have asked several times 4 someone to call me on

When did you place your order for broadband? Is there an install date shown in the My Sky app under order tracking?

@Jenna46  No one from Sky will call you oin the back of a community post.  No one at Sky can identify your account from your community login.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
