Tv working but not broadband. Cant watch tv as a white box appears. Due to broadband outage. Why can

Cant get rid of the white instruction box on tv screen regarding broadband not working. Tv working but I want to somehow remove the instructions. I managed to remove it once but after a minute or two it appears again. (There is an outage in the area for internet).

If that's a message being generated by the television set operating system then it may need the TV remote to remove it.

@Oldlady3  We have no idea what TV you have so can't tell you how other than to use your TV  original remote to remove said message.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
